Welcome to vk33. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("User", "Player") and vk33 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the vk33 website, mobile interface, gaming services, financial transaction services, promotional programmes and all other services offered by vk33 (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, accessing vk33, or using any of its Services — including placing a bet, making a deposit, participating in a promotion, or using the live casino — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. To register and use vk33, a user must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract. Individuals who are legally prohibited from entering into contracts, including those under legal guardianship, may not register.

• You must not have previously had a vk33 account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct. Individuals whose accounts were closed for policy violations are not eligible to re-register.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. Submission of false identity information, including false dates of birth or fraudulent identification documents, is a material breach of these Terms.

vk33 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify eligibility at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a first withdrawal, or during an ongoing investigation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account access being suspended until verification is complete.

Account registration on vk33 requires you to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number, a secure password, and accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth. The mobile number you provide will serve as your primary account identifier and will be used for login, payment verification and account communications.

• Each user is permitted to hold exactly one active account at any time. Operating more than one account — whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of all balances held across those accounts.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. vk33 will never request your password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact vk33 support immediately.
• You must notify vk33 immediately if any of the personal details associated with your account change, including your registered mobile number. Failure to maintain accurate account information may affect your ability to access your account or process withdrawals.
• vk33 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any point. KYC may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of ownership of the payment methods linked to the account.

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification when requested may have withdrawal functionality suspended until the process is satisfactorily completed. vk33 will not be liable for any delays in withdrawals resulting from incomplete KYC verification.

vk33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the approved payment channels listed on the platform. Approved channels currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay, along with selected bank transfer options via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. The approved payment channel list may be updated from time to time; the current list is displayed on the platform at the time of each transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment channel. Current limits are displayed in the player's account wallet at the time of each transaction. vk33 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own fees outside vk33's control.

vk33 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request where there is reasonable cause to investigate potential fraud, suspicious activity, or a potential breach of these Terms. In such cases, vk33 will communicate the reason for the delay to the player and aim to resolve the investigation within a reasonable timeframe. Funds held during an investigation are not forfeited unless the investigation concludes that the player has breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent conduct.

vk33 offers various bonus and promotional programmes to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional credits are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. Promotional offers may not be combined unless the specific terms of a promotion explicitly state otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the applicable promotion. The rollover requirement must be met before any bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn. The standard minimum wagering requirement is 20x unless stated otherwise.
• vk33 reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured at their current state.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible game categories as specified in the promotion terms. Wagering contributions from different game types may vary — slot games typically contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through hedging bets, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or employing any strategy that exploits bonus terms — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for potential suspension.

vk33 may offer seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh-specific events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day and major cricket tournaments such as BPL and IPL. These seasonal promotions carry their own specific terms and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available.

vk33 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all game types and services on the platform. Players must be 21 years of age or older to register, deposit funds and participate in any real-money gaming activity on vk33. Age verification documents may be requested at any point, including prior to the processing of a first withdrawal or at any time during an ongoing account review. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds will be withheld pending investigation.

vk33 provides responsible gaming tools to all account holders, including deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time-out settings, and a voluntary self-exclusion option that restricts account access for a chosen period. Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life are strongly encouraged to use these tools. The following activities are strictly prohibited on vk33 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on vk33, whether under the same or a different name, mobile number or identity document.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, exploit promotional terms or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event or betting market available on vk33, including through coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Using vk33 to launder money, facilitate fraud or conduct any financial transaction that violates applicable law. vk33 is obligated to report any suspicious transactions to relevant financial authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with vk33 support.
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer or exploit any technical vulnerability in the vk33 platform, including game software, payment processing systems, or account management features.

vk33 actively monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, vk33 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account immediately, withhold the account balance pending investigation, and permanently close the account if the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms.

All content on the vk33 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials and any other content created by or for vk33 — is the intellectual property of vk33 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the vk33 platform without the prior written consent of vk33. Unauthorised use of vk33 intellectual property may result in legal action. Game titles, logos and branded content from third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe) are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on vk33 under licence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vk33 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise:

• Any loss of funds, winnings or opportunity arising from platform downtime, technical errors, connectivity failures or any interruption to the Services that is outside vk33's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from a player's use of the vk33 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension, bonus forfeiture or withdrawal delays caused by incomplete KYC verification.
• Any loss arising from a player's own gambling decisions, including decisions made while under the influence of alcohol, medication or any other substance that impairs judgment.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit vk33's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

vk33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
• The player has provided false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by vk33, or has failed to provide documentation adequate to verify their identity or payment method ownership.
• vk33 is required to do so by a competent regulatory authority, law enforcement agency or court order.

Upon permanent closure of an account, any balance remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the findings of any investigation that may have led to the closure. Where closure is due to a confirmed breach of these Terms by the player, vk33 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. Where closure is initiated by the player voluntarily, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

vk33 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using vk33, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data vk33 collects, how it is used, how long it is retained, and what rights you have in relation to your personal data.

vk33 will not sell, rent or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. vk33 may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to deliver the Services. All data shared with third-party service providers is subject to contractual data protection obligations.

vk33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vk33 will use reasonable efforts to notify active players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the vk33 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using vk33 and may contact support to request account closure. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. vk33 operates as an online gaming platform and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of vk33 complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which they are located.

In the event of a dispute between a player and vk33, the player is encouraged to contact vk33 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. vk33 is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly.
